Today, my primary focus is on the CAATs job assigned by my senior. As per his instructions, I need to get in touch with the new finance person in charge of the company and explain to her the pending documents we need to request. I obtained her office number and promptly made the call.
During our conversation, I learned that she had only been appointed as the finance manager for less than a week. I provided her with a clear explanation of the documents we require, and she requested that we send her the documents we had received from the previous year. However, she also mentioned that she would need more time to fully understand the documents and prepare them for us, which might cause some delays.
To assist her, I took the initiative to search for the documents we had received last year and promptly emailed them to her.

To learn how to deal with a newly appointed person in charge and explain to her the documents we required for CAAT's purposes.
