Today is my last day as an intern, and my focus is on the sales matching test. My senior has asked me to teach the new joiners how to perform this test. Additionally, I received a call from a client I visited during fieldwork, who explained that they had performed a user access matrix re but had forgotten to inform us during the fieldwork. The client also requested password suggestions and asked if following some suggestions but not all would be acceptable. They also mentioned the issue of finance personnel holding admin ID and reducing financial posting, which I have noted down to investigate further when I become a permanent staff member.
To wrap up my internship, I attended an exit meeting organized by the human resource team. During the meeting, I had the chance to share my experience with the other interns and reflect on what we had learned during this six-month journey. We all agreed that it was a valuable experience, and I promised to bring souvenirs for my colleagues when I re-join the company as a permanent staff member in a few weeks. Lastly, I expressed my sincere gratitude to my manager and supervisor for their guidance and mentorship throughout my internship.
Main things that have learnt:
To teach juniors how to perform sale two-way matching CAATs test
To join existing meetings with other interns to share the experience on the six-month internship journey
