Today, I departed for Johor Bahru to conduct audit fieldwork for three companies: Company “CV”, Company “GC”, and Company “G”. My senior colleague, Ili, accompanied me on this trip, and we packed our luggage the day before in preparation for the journey.
During the trip, I suggested to my senior that I could take over driving so that she could rest. We chatted along the way, and I took the opportunity to seek career advice and learn from her experiences.
Unfortunately, we encountered a setback when one of the car tires fell off, leaving us stranded on the road. We were shocked by the situation and had to wait for almost two hours at a petrol station for my senior's father to arrive and assist us.
We were eventually able to tow the car to a nearby manic station to have it fixed. My senior's father also kindly offered to transport us to our hotel. Due to the accident, we were unable to proceed with the planned fieldwork and had to inform the clients of the delay.
