After the Chinese New Year has gone, my colleagues told me that the peak period will be coming soon and we need to get ready for the rushing working tempo as currently, several seniors have left, so the tasks assigned to each of us might be burdensome.
I started my work by following up with Pyrm on the documents I need to have for the CAATs task, I have been informed that the Pyrm company is using SAP system hence, the format for us to request the data will be totally different compared with other companies that use other systems, so we will have a specific CAATs request document list to be sent to companies that use the SAP system. My colleague taught me that SAP system has its own fields and by giving the client the code of the fields that we want, the client will be able to extract the information that we want. It is first complicated to understand the code, but sooner when you get familiarized with it. The table below shows the code for the SAP fields that we need for each type of CAATs test:

Comment/idea/opinion The first time looking at the table, I have no ideas what the codes were, and I remembered a task my mentor Thao gave me which is on the purchase three-way test, but the fields are all the SAP codes, that moment I was shocked and now when my colleague told them it is because SAP system has its own code for specific fields.
