In the morning, Ili team me and asked my help to do one thing for her, which is to prepare a word file and attach all the evidence to it, I did the same with the company YX Precious Metal, so this time, I will be doing the same thing and it can be done within a shorter time as I have to know the steps in doing it. Then, I made a follow-up email to Pyrm and they confirmed having the kick-off meeting on 25th January.
Another task I did today is for the four Penang companies, I checked all the CAATs document that clients have emailed to me, the purpose for me to do it is since the Chinese New Year holiday is coming, I plan to go through the documents first and if there are any more pending documents, I can then ask them for it and after the holiday, perhaps I will get it from them. It takes me quite a considerable time in doing it as I need to check what the CAATs test required and what respective documents I need to take for some companies we have to know that they are unable to provide us with some specific documents and hence I can not follow up with these documents, I then checked and I believed all the requested documents are given. Lastly, coming to the Xinquan Hicom, Ili asked me what was the issue again and I told Ili it is because of the payroll given, it only shows the amount of the whole department and it does not display the individual staff that receives the salary. Hence I can not proceed with the payroll test, after understanding the issue, Ili then email the person in charge to get the requested documents again.
