Today I completed a kick-off meeting for MyCo2 Group, and after the meeting, there is some feedback I received from my colleague, Ariff, he told me that at the start of presenting, somehow, we can ask clients whether they still remember the information request list or not, if the client says yes, then perhaps we can just roughly go through the list, but this only applies for the recurring client. Second, I need to wait for the client to finish talking first only then did I talk, Ariff also suggested I not use earphones as my earphone start to have problems in the middle of the meeting, my voice become vague but actually, it is not. Then, Ariff told me for the IT Environment questionnaire, even in the first session, the client already mentioned it does not have program changes but in the questionnaire, we can still go through it as sometimes clients just forgot they have the program changes happened before, so go through the list might trigger them to think back of it. I jotted down all the things Ariff told me, and I will start practicing it in the next kick-off meeting. Lastly, I received an email from Wei Xun, my manager, together with him, we will do the ITGC audit for a company name Pyrm and he asked me to arrange a kick-off meeting with him, he also informed me that after the Chinese New Year, he will be bringing me to Penang and also Johor Bahru for fieldwork.
