Day 52 (5 Jan 2023)

Today, for Jishan, I get a reply from ask auditor about whether he got requested for the remaining three months' documents or not, I was told that he just requested the document until September but not for the remaining three months, I then recorded it and prepare to email client to ask for the remaining three-month document. Next, as per what Kar Enn told me, I arrange the priority of 4 Penang clients to Kar Enn based on the meeting date of each company, the purpose for doing this is that Kar Enn will go for field work next month and he will arrange his schedule based on the priority I gave to him.

The third task I was given by Kar Enn, he asked my help to do ITGC work for a company namely Elsoft, Kar Enn told me that I really is just copy-paste the point from the previous year’s audit working paper and that need to complete by this end of the month of January 2023.

Main things that have learned

-Request the client to provide additional CAATs documents.

-Arrange the priority of the four Penang \-based companies and send them to Kar Enn.

-Helped Kar Enn with ITGC audit work for company Elsoft.
