Today is a hectic and meaningful day for me as today is my birthday and at the same time, the task or jobs I am holding are getting more and more. So basically, there are three main things I have done. The first is to have a meeting with the auditor to discuss the problems we are facing during the CAATs of Adient Automotive. The table below recorded the questions we asked and the answers we got:
After completing the meeting, then I joined another meeting. Kar Enn has assigned me four company that based in Penang, and this meeting is a briefing meeting with the auditor team, and the points I got from the meeting are:
After joining the briefing meeting, I then focus on the Accurus Scientific ITGC work, the area I am looking at today is the user access matrix, the evidence client provided is just a name list as during the kick-off meeting, the client already mentioned that the user access matrix will be a lot and they are unable to provide it to us so what client told us is they will send us a name list first, then based on the name list, our side will randomly pick several names and pass to back to them to get the respective user access matrix for us to review. So I have chosen eight names from the name list and I try to choose staffs that are coming from different departments or positions. Lastly, I received an email from Kar Enn, as he will assign me four Penang-based companies, so he emailed me the email trail of the communication he has made with the representatives.
Main things that I have learned

Comment/idea/opinion
I start to realize that a large portion of our task is to have meetings or communication with clients and other departments, it is important as the communication made with them will fasten up our time to complete our task.
