Yesterday I have completed the report for Envictus Group CAAT report after I entered the office, I emailed it to director Song Kiat for review, within a few hours, Song Kiat came to my place and teach me what I need to redo the report. He taught me that for the credit amount, it is no need to be in the negative form as it will then affect the result, I learn what Song Kiat taught me and showed to me, then I proceed to redo the part he told me to do, then compile and generate the report again and then emailed to Song Kiat for final review.
After that, Ili emailed a task for me, which is a payroll test for a company namely Xinquan Hicom Malaysia Sdn Bhd, I go through the documents and noticed that the attendance list and the payment document does not have staff’s individual information but it only has the total number of staff of the department, based on my understanding, I can not proceed with the test if without the individual details recorded on such documents. I then consult Ili about what should I do about it, Ili then called me to hold on to the task as she will clarify with the respective person in charge first.
Lastly, I joined a kick-off meeting conducted by Kar Enn with representatives from a company namely Greatech Berhad, I helped Kar Enn to jot down the points from the meeting and send them to Kar Enn for him to update the information request list.
