Today, I want to continue the JV CAATs for Envictus group, the previous step that I do until to get the variances is not the end for the test as it still has the so-called Major test and COA test. The below steps state what are the procedures I need to do:
Open ‘BDO Master Data’ under the source file, under the holiday excels, copy the holiday dates from a website and paste them to it.
Under the super user tab, put the superuser ID that can be found in the ITGC document
Under the tab ‘Acc close date’, put the date which normally is 14 or 15 days after the financial period
Go to macro, run ‘major test’, run ‘holiday superuser AC close date’
Under the same file, run ‘run test’, this test will test the transaction run by the superuser with a rounded amount and posted after the working hour
Move to COA test, and click all the maco under it, macro jnls dr cr is to test each JV’s debit equal to credit or not while COA is to import the filled COA
Go to Exports.ILB, open the excel
Open all the files created and located under the Exports.IRB file, needs to be made it has 12 files
Open the report excel and all the 12 files and run the macro built inside the report excel
The report excel file will then be filled up with figures and charts, it even has charts that show how many variances it detected.
Complete all 10 steps means the JV CAATs are completed already. Then I asked Kar Enn where should I put it, and he then called me to upload it to the RAS server based on the table below that showed what items should I put and under which file should I put it.

Main things that have learned
To ask seniors how to proceed with the JV CAATs test
Upload the completed report to RAS according to Kar Enn's given sample
