The task for me today is to help my colleague Ili for the company Microfinance Amatak, the Cambodian company that I have joined the kick off meeting before, now the client have emailed us the documents we stated on the information request list and what is the next step for us to do is to go through the document client provided to us and to update the information request list to list down which documents that are still pending from client to provide us.
Ili send me the document sent by client and also the information request lists she have prepared. I look at the document, it is a PDF file and inside it included sub components, my task is to extract the it accordingly. This is also my first time to use the PDF tool to separate the document from one document to several documents. At the same time I separate the documents, I opened the information request list and cross check with it, the objective is to see which documents have been given and which are not, for those that have not receive, I will update on the information request list and marked ‘pending’ under status field. I went through the document and noticed client prepared the document like the table below:

Along the way, there are several question I would like to inquiry Ili before I can proceed the next step.
